GUIDETOREVIEWS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE.
GUIDETOREVIEWS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ANY LISTING, OR ANY LINKED THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, CURRENT, COMPLETE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL USE CASE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUIDETOREVIEWS, ITS OWNER, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, OR PROFESSIONAL STANDING, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON THE SITE OR ANY TOOL LISTING.
Without limiting the foregoing, GuideToReviews shall have no liability for any decision, recommendation, omission, workflow change, purchasing decision, legal conclusion, client communication, filing, drafting output, compliance determination, or professional action taken or not taken in reliance on any listing, description, categorization, review, ranking, link, or other Site content.
GuideToReviews shall also have no liability for acts, omissions, errors, misrepresentations, security failures, outages, content changes, policy changes, pricing changes, discontinued services, regulatory issues, data loss, or other conduct of any third-party vendor or listed tool.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, GuideToReviews is found liable for any claim arising from or related to the Site, the maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount, if any, you paid directly to GuideToReviews for use of the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that the foregoing limitation is an essential basis of the bargain reflected in these Terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GuideToReviews, its owner, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
